I’m Diana Ratliff, and my years of practical experience building my own profitable, high-ranking websites led me to start a web design and SEO (search engine optimization) business in 2008.

I’ve had years of practical, hands-on, in the trenches experience with my own websites, since 1999. In that time I’ve spent thousands of dollars on courses, mentoring and software to learn how to do it right – when you’re doing it for yourself, and spending your own money, you tend to be pretty motivated!
I’ve been personally trained by experts such as Marcia Yudkin, an official site reviewer for the Webby Awards and the author of more than 15 books on creative on marketing. I’ve been a member of Ben Hunt’s Pro Web Design Alliance; Ben is an author and expert on profitable websites. I’m a member of the Expand2Web Expert group, led by Don Campbell, developer of the SmallBiz Theme. I was formally mentored by Michael Green, a British entrepreneur who makes hundreds of thousands of dollars a year online. I lectured on user-friendly web design when working for the Adaptive Computing Technology Department of the Univ. of Missouri.
My websites have led me to be featured in publications such as The Saturday Evening Post, The Conference Board Review magazine, the New York Times, and the Asian Wall Street Journal. Most recently, a television crew from the CBS Sunday Morning show flew to Columbia to interview me about business cards, after finding my business card site online.
Team members include experts in SEO (search engine optimization), ecommerce, PPC (pay-per-click) marketing, HTML (code in general) and graphic design. As an active participant in several exclusive webmaster forums, I can also get expert help whenever I need it while keeping costs down for my clients.
